[Av.Central/calle 2]. The corner house placed close to the Central Park, next to the post-office. It was built in years 1888 - 1895 according to design of Leon Tessier. It contains of two storeys and flat roof. It stands out of considerable moulds between the storeys and two-sided steps at the main entrance.
